Shipping policy

Shipping costs for delivery are calculated as follows:

The provider is entitled to make partial deliveries and render partial services. Any resulting additional costs will be borne by the provider.
Deliveries within Germany are made via DHL. The provider dispatches orders from Monday to Friday noon.
If a buyer fails to accept the goods, the provider may, after a period of 2 weeks has elapsed, sell the goods to a third party and hold the original buyer liable for any resulting loss.
If the goods cannot be delivered due to force majeure or product discontinuation, or if the provider cannot obtain the ordered products under reasonable conditions, and provided these circumstances occurred only after the conclusion of the contract and are not the responsibility of the provider, the provider shall be released from the obligation to deliver. In the event of circumstances that significantly impede or make delivery impossible for the provider – such as strikes, lockouts, official orders, or similar events – the provider shall not be held responsible for delays, even in the case of bindingly agreed deadlines and dates.
